3 Easy Looks Using The Natasha Denona Star Palette

If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I’ve been spending much of my time creating different looks with the Natasha Denona Star Palette. I bought this palette when it was first released late last year. I admit, I was a little intimidated with this palette at first because I wasn’t sure how to use all of the colors and textures together. Little did I know, it’s as easy as 1-2-3. You see, the Star Palette is actually fool-proof because each row of three shades creates a complete, ready to wear look. I’m going to tell you a little bit about this palette, the 3 easy looks I created, and show you some swatches. Get ready to have your mind blown!

Natasha Denona Star Palette

Like I said, each row of three shades (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) can be used to create complete looks. But, let that be your guide – not the rule. Create your own rules using whichever shades you like. The possibilities are endless with this palette!

The Star Palette contains 18 new shades, including two new textures – the Crystal and Creamy Matte textures. It includes a total of four different eyeshadow textures:

  • 4 Crystal: Spectrum, Cosmo, Galaxia, and Polaris.
  • 9 Creamy Mattes: Earth, Flesh, Gemma, Titania, Diadem, Vega, Phoenix, Electra, and Atik.
  • 3 Metallic: Bellatrix, Atria, and Rhea.
  • 2 Duo-Chrome: Orion and Supernova.

These eyeshadows are extremely buildable, blendable, long lasting, and contain a high percentage of pure pigments for strong color payoff. They will not crease, and even though I always use primer, they easily adhere to the eye without having to use primer. The mattes are creamy and the duo-chromes are silky soft. The Crystal and Metallic shades work best when applied with your fingers.

If you’ve never tried Natasha Denona palettes, let this be the one for you. This palette is pricey but is so much fun to play with and create different looks. I feel this palette takes you completely outside of the box which is very cool. Bonus: these eyeshadows are cruelty-free and free of talc.

  1. What a gorgeous palette! The looks you created are fantastic too! Easy and good for day or night. The shades are more pigmented than I thought they would be. I haven’t seen any swatches of this palette yet so this is the first time. I’m totally LOVING it! Super pretty!

    1. Thank you! This really is a gorgeous, unique & versatile palette. I have only scratched the surface with looks. And the quality of the shadows is superb. I never applied eyeshadows with my fingers before. Surprisingly it was fun! There wasn’t that much fallout of the crystal & metallic – which you would normally expect with these textures – when applied. And they settled into the rest of the eyeshadows quickly without fallout during the day. This was my first ND palette and I’m definitely impressed. ❤

  2. Amazing! You honestly don’t need another eye shadow palette EVER… (says no one… 😆 )
Love the looks you did – they all look so different, just goes to show how versatile the palette is!
