I don’t know about you but there are many mornings that I wake up with puffy eyes. Most of the time it’s because I didn’t sleep well or simply didn’t get enough sleep. Other times, especially in the winter, it’s from the dry heat in the house. Even with a humidifier, I still wake up sometimes looking as if I had been crying all night.

There are other reasons people get puffy eyes. Stress, allergies, poor diet, and water retention from consuming sodium or alcohol before bed are some other causes.

I get puffy eyes easily, and it’s almost impossible to hide with makeup. Puffy eyes not only makes my whole face look swollen but it makes it harder to get my liquid liner on perfectly 😜

The most common ways to reduce puffy eyes are by using cold water, an ice pack, eye mask, or cucumbers over the eyes. You can also prevent puffiness by sleeping with your head high….use those extra pillows to keep your head higher when you sleep at night! I certainly don’t do any of these things because I either don’t have time when I’m rushing to get ready in the morning or I forget.

There’s a reason I’ve been using this product for so many years. I highly recommend it if you suffer from puffy eyes. This product costs $31 so it is a bit on the pricey side but I would pay almost anything to get rid of my puffy eyes.
